We’re Jana & Nika, two trans women from Germany. Like a lot of people in our community, we’ve seen how unnecessarily difficult access to HRT can become.
Getting an endocrinology appointment can take months. Referrals, indication letters and individual doctors can add another layer of waiting. And when people look outside the traditional system, availability is often inconsistent and reliable information is scattered across forums and old Reddit posts.
What we wanted to fix.
Stock disappears quickly, restocks can be hard to predict, and useful information is often scattered across forums and old Reddit posts.
That’s basically where trans.supplies started. We wanted one place for clear product information, independent lab results, practical guides and questions that don’t have an obvious answer.

Where we want this to go
We’d like trans.supplies to grow into more than an online shop. More guides, clearer product information, better support and a small Discord community where people can ask questions without piecing everything together themselves.
